Regular Medicare doesn't cover hearing aid benefits however the Medical plus benefit plans such as:

1. Caremore: Gives $500 per ear towards 

2. Anthem BlueCross (by itself): They pay up to $3,000 for your hearing aids.

3. HealthNet: Gives up to $1,500

4. Alignment: Gives up to $500-$1,000
