As we end the recognition of Black History Month, I encourage everyone to reach across the aisle. We cannot end racism and marginalizations alone nor leave the job to others. We must learn to show compassion, empathy, and love toward our brothers and sisters. It is going to take all of us to heal from the past and become united as people.
