Adapt is a skill and behavior training organization focused on helping teams, individuals, coaches, and parents develop quality and consistent processes. Shaun details the 3Ms approach to the work at ADAPT - developing a mission, mindset, and mental strength PROACTIVELY rather than in a reactionary way.
