Ep 14 - Shine your heart's light and up-level life
I want this year to be the year that changed your life.
.
Why do I care so much about you? Someone I never met? Because the better you are the better humanity is. I care about your heart and the light that shines from there. The more your light shines the more it helps humanity.
.
You could be intentional in how you help others with your light, and your divine light will help people without you knowing of it.
.
So what is this like I speak of? haha Imagine light in the middle of your chest and how you feel it is unique to you. Mine feels expansive, bright, love, and joy.
.
How do you make your light shine bright? Here are a few tips and tricks.
- Think of 1-3 fun things that you say you want to do every year but it never happens. Is there a road trip in your state you always talk about?
- Then think of 1 thing you think about frequently that's heavy on your heart and you know should get done, like talk to a financial advisor haha
- For the fun thing, I want you to visualize it playing out. This is not supposed to be a big task, do it in the shower or sitting down on the couch while you're having your coffee. Imagine yourself packing the car, people coming together and getting ready, reaching your first destination and getting out of the car and stretching your legs.
- Next, write down one micro-step to be done no later than a week. A micro-step for the road trip example would be an idea of where the first stop would be. This is not making a decision! It's just thinking about ideas.
- I want you to do the same thing for the topic that's heavy on your heart. A micro-step for reaching out to a financial advisor would be thinking if you want somebody in your town or anywhere in the nation. It's not making a decision it's just posing the question to yourself and thinking of that.
Do this every week and by the end of 3 months, you would have accomplished so many micro-steps that make your heart smile and shine.
