To really grapple with some of our shadows and look at our own light.
Solstice in the northern hemisphere does much of the same. It is the dark days. It is the time we can look to the core of who we are and go inward.
Many of us are feeling the fatigue of the process which still may not have a clear end in sight. But how can we use the energy of solstice to bring nurturing to our roots and release that which is no longer serving us and let it go.
