Today, I dive into how to stay committed to your fitness journey despite the unfortunate circumstances. I think right now a lot of us are struggling to stay on track when our fitness studios and gyms have closed (myself being one of those people). Not only do I share a little bit about my own personal situation, but I give some tips on how to approach exercise right now, as well as how to shift your mindset and stay mentally committed to your fitness goals. I know times are very uncertain, but hopefully these tips will give you some ideas on how to take your mind off what's going on and try to develop a sense of normalcy.
