As much as we're tired of just HEARING about COVID-19, it is the root cause to a lot of our stresses at the moment, so we decide to discuss openly the things that may be causing us some fear. Fear is a massive killer, preventing people from reaching their full potentials day in and day out for as long as we can remember! You don't have to meditate in order to find things that work for you in that way. Who else hates the term "journey?" Hear one of mom's recent journal entries regarding what she's afraid of.
