Do you know what wholesaling is? Wholesaling is where somebody is able to lock in a house at 50-60 cents on the dollar. They then turn around and sell that house to an end buyer. The benefits of wholesaling is that it helps people get out of difficult situations when traditional selling with a real estate agent is not feasible or is too slow.
What I love about Brock is that he could have just kept driving truck for a living but he realized it wasn't going to meet his goals. He took a leap of faith and is now working toward a meaningful goal.
