Every renovation project is a balancing act, between budget, time, needs, wants, etc.. But when you don't know how long you're going to be in your home, is it really worth spending the time and money to update it?

Chris and Julia discuss how they approach the "is it worth it" question, as well as striking the balance between creating the house you want to live in and one that someone else will want to buy someday. They also talk about projects they've been working on, including their downstairs basement and outdoor fireplace.
