Rory is the founder and CEO of VERB Technology. He began his career as an attorney at a major NYC law firm, representing world-renowned entrepreneurs. Since then, Rory changed the telecom industry landscape through a tech company start-up called Telx, he became a partner and 'Entrepreneur-in-Residence' in an NYC-based private equity fund, and he and his team created VERB and have re-invented what sales software applications should be in today’s video-centric business and social environment.

Available in both mobile and desktop versions, VERB's applications are offered as a fully integrated suite and on a standalone basis. They include verbLIVE (Interactive Livestream eCommerce and Shoppable Video and Webinar applications), verbCRM (White-labelled Interactive Video-based Customer Relationship Management application), verbTEAMS (a Self Onboarding version of verbCRM with built-in verbLIVE and Salesforce synchronization for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs), verbLEARN (Interactive video and gamified Learning Management System application), and verbMAIL (an interactive video mail solution integrated seamlessly into Microsoft Outlook). With 200 employees, the Company maintains offices in Newport Beach, California, and American Fork, Utah.
Rory has been actively involved in many charitable endeavors. He founded the US Chapter of Innocence in Danger, a global organization dedicated to protecting and rehabilitating children who have been victims of trafficking. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of The New York Institute of Technology and a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Shakespeare Center.
