We see this in movies all the time, but we know that art
How can we retell our story in a way that we are victors,
Things to consider if you’ve felt like a victim, a prisoner, when in fact the door was wide open:
1. Own your part in having co-created your current state (bad choices, over eating, wrong guy, over spending) … feeling powerless!
2. Decide to own your future journey from here on out
3. Own when you don’t take action… don’t blame external circumstances
4. Adapt (start) an attitude of “I got myself into this, I’ll get myself out it”
5. Use your influence, your VISION (The Power of Vision Ep 97), your VOICE… take action and SPEAK your future into being.
6. It’s ok to experience pain, but don’t allow it to become part of you, don’t carry it!
