Martika Whylly was fifteen years old when her mom committed suicide, then her grandma had an asthma attack and died two years later, her grandpa soon followed her, her uncle died in a car accident, and her father died of AIDS and her cousin hung herself. It felt as though everyone around her was dropping like flies. She wanted to understand why she was experiencing so many deaths, so she sought counselling and read books about death, dying and life after death. Since then, she has helped many people look at death and loss in a new light.
