Let’s look at the sure fire way you can make sure that your good employees quit on you:

• pay them late,
• treat them disrespectfully,
• have no communication with them,
• don’t give them a steady flow of work,
• don’t have an online schedule,
• don’t have safety policies

Make sure you’re the opposite of that^^^ and you’re probably on a course of successfully maintaining a happy crew 👷‍♂️
