Erica's teaching career started when she volunteered in her children's classrooms. She then taught full-time for 7 years while earning her Master's Degree in Social Work, and continues to work with schools and educators today. Today she uses her background to help teachers learn communication and self-care skills that ultimately benefit both student and educator.
