Ep. 147, Leveling Up Via Confrontations, Boundaries, Narcissists, Chaos, Distractions and Managing Your Frequency & Ascension
Hello Soul Family,
Life is full of situations that push us towards growth, and we are tested in our expansion to truly determine if we are ready to be where we think we are, and how we manage getting there is part of the Soul journey.
Many times, our leveling up comes with things getting very uncomfortable with the status quo.
It doesn't matter if it's a job, home, relationship, etc--we will know it's time to change our circumstances and environment because we are feeling uncomfortable at best--and sometimes it's way more than just being uncomfortable.
It's because our energy is no long in alignment with where we are. Changes need to be made--and life and the people in it will come in to create situations to push us to make decisions and choices about where we really belong and how we are getting there.
In this episode, after venting for 90 minutes--I share what's been going on with me in terms of leveling up, chaos, distractions, gaslighting narcissists, drama and the bullshit that we must deal with and how I take the negative energy and use alchemy to change it to my benefit and power.
Oh yes, it can be done--you just have to be able to see it for what it is, instead of allowing it to be used against you.
It's not complicated, but at the same time--it's not simple either.
