My guest Paul Zolman is also known as the “love doctor”.  He is an author who writes about the importance of love in our lives and encourages us to leave anger behind and replace it with love.  Paul grew up in an abusive family where his childhood experiences were anything but filled with love.  He blamed everyone else for the problems in his life and was filled with anger until he realized that he was self-destructive.  His book is titled Role of Love: The Most Effective Way to Demonstrate Love Everyday.  Paul also developed dice which you can roll – it is designed to allow you to quickly choose the type of love you will focus on daily.   Keep rolling the dice each day and you will be growing and maturing in a specific aspect of love daily.
