Amassing 23 years experience within the company, from creating a system for train catering, to traveling around the world to manage projects. He currently oversees global design, innovation and technical services for Accor’s huge portfolio of brands including Ibis, Novotel, Fairmont, Raffles and recently, lifestyle brands like SLS and Mondrian.
