Three unsolved homicide cold cases out of Toledo Ohio.  Brian Hoskins is a cold case from 2005.  Brian was found in his car fleeing from where he had been shot.  Sammie Justice is an unsolved homicide case from 1998.  Sammie was found in his home he had suffered from several stab wounds.  Carla Bailey is a homicide case from 2000.  Carla's family had called the police to do a welfare check on Carla.  Carla was found stabbed in her apartment.  All three of these unsolved homicide cases needs new tips to help solve.
