Welcome to our very unofficial season 2 opener! I'm back after a long break due to illness to talk about my insistence that creativity is a human right.

I believe that accessing our own art, creativity, and imagination is a human right as essential as food, shelter, safety, etc. I also see a world with art at its center as a sort of North on my compass of how to build a more beautiful and more free world.

I also share a little about what's going on in my own life as I return to teaching and art, and some of my goals for the podcast as it enters this second season.
