I spill the tea on two moments of how I felt out of alignment and how I got myself back into alignment.
Here's my Megafest recipe:
1. Calm your nervous system-Use your favorite technique like breathwork or tapping.
2. Ask yourself, "What is it about this that is bugging me so much?"
3. Ask yourself, "What would the aligned you have done?"
4. Forgive yourself for being out of alignment.
5. Congratulate yourself for getting back into alignment.
Of course, all of this comes back to AWARENESS! Awareness is the key to change.
The Word of the Day is zeal, which means great enthusiasm or energy in pursuit of a cause or an objective.
