In this week's episode I talk about ways you can learn how to reset when everything in the world seems to be going array. It's often all about perspective. 2020 definitely didn't turn out to be what ANYONE expected it to be. I heard once that being an adult is like looking both ways before crossing the street and then getting hit by an airplane. That's what this year feels like. Now that we are aware of what we're dealing with in these times and we know that nothing seems to be getting any better in the next couple of months, the best that we can do is cope while we're in this current space.
