This week, Lexi and Libby hear from Caitlin, or @cybersecurity_girl, about her experiences in engineering. Caitlin was a competitive cheerleader turned mechanical engineering student when she realized she actually did really enjoy what she was learning in her engineering classes. She shares her experience on the 3 different internships she had while in college in 3 VERY different industries. She also shares her graduate school experience post undergrad, and shares with us how she got involved in the cyber security space. Today, Caitlin holds a managerial role in the cyber security industry and has a passion for mentoring other women in STEM through her tiktok and instagram platforms.
