Welcome Back to the Mental Health Heart Talks, w Joy your host.
Today in Ep 15 I am continuing the journey through REAL TALK about Life as a Mental Health Provider during a pandemic and barriers we may face and how to overcome them.
In the month of January, we are discussing making mindset shifts and how we are coping with everything going on.
In the last episode, I asked us some “hard questions” and posted them in my FB community and on my website www.mentalhealthhearttalks.com for those that would like to reflect on what you would like to see from yourself in the new year.
New Year always makes me excited with a surge of renewal as we approach a new season. I am always up for adventure.
In order to move on we have to move PAST… what are we moving away from? – 2020. Let’s face it, 2020 was unexpected and challenging in every way possible. I discuss steps to help us move PAST them in this episode.
We have to remember that every day is a blessing where we get to help ourselves and our clients be the best possible selves and overcome all the unknowns.
Till next time, big hugs talk soon.
