What you put into your body affects your mind! What you put into your mind affects your body!
Trash input = trash output | "Trash" - Leads you away from your goals
Fire input = fire output | "Fire" - Helps you towards your goals
Sometimes I get caught in the destructive flywheel...
Destructive Flywheel: Trash body input -> trash output -> trash mind input -> trash body input
But here are some ways that help to break out of the DF...
1. CTC - Cut the crap
Cut out the trash that leads away from your goals
Unfollow/unsubscribe from trash content
2. Mozi Method - Breaking Limiting False Beliefs
Shift all the limiting beliefs to -> “I’m capable of…”
Instead of "why am I fat" -> "I'm capable of being fit"
Then eventually we can get into the Productive Flywheel...
Productive Flywheel: Fire body input -> fire output -> fire mind input -> fire body input
