Episode Reviewed: "Pilot"

What's a family without a little drama? Like...an exorcism? The Pitts debuted on the FOX network in March of 2003 and was canceled just two months later. Created by husband and wife team Mike Scully (showrunner for The Simpsons, 1997-2001) and Julie Thacker (writer for The Simpsons) The Pitts follows the typical American sitcom family who literally has the worst luck imaginable.

Though all going on to careers in Hollywood, this show might have been exactly the quagmire that could have held everyone involved back. Thankfully the show was canceled and everyone else moved on to bigger and better things. Except us - the audience. Ahhh - memories. The terrible, terrible, memories.
