With podcasting, when you have a good "dynamic" microphone and learn how to use it, you'll be up close and personal with the person you're having a conversation with. You'll experience the person more fully, which makes it easier to "empathize" and BE WITH the person you're talking with, resulting in a more meaningful conversation.

I started out the day by outlining a "solo" episode with the topic "Up Close and Personal," the advantages of good microphone technique, with a good microphone.

But then, while remotely on Squadcast helping Kim Shea, our co-producer and co-host for Alternative Health Tools podcast set up her "Cloudlifter," I thought let's record this as an episode!
