Winter Eating

 

With colder weather, sometimes a lack of motivation, our eating habit will tend to change.

 

How to Combat Winter Eating?

1.     Body wants CARBS. Carbs are essential and is

a macro. It's something that we need to survive and to thrive, especially for
our brain health and hormone health.

2.    Protein and Good FATS. Likes nuts, fish, avocado, flax seeds just

to name a few. Instead of going to eat more carbs then choose good protein and
good fats.

3.    DRINK more water. Make sure that you have minimally two liters

of water a day, even when you don't feel like it is super important, there's
nothing wrong with warm water or room temperature either.

4.    Eat more WARMING foods. There's warming foods and cooling foods

and basically the warming foods, helped to replenish your energy during winter.
