It was great to have Sarah's expertise on the podcast to cover topics and questions we don't have the answers for, or experience of what it's like to get back into training after giving birth

She does an amazing job in explaining what you can do, should do or things to avoid as well as specifically 'ab splitting' or abdominal separation also know as diastasis
