Woke (/ˈwoʊk/ WOHK) is an adjective derived from African-American Vernacular English (AAVE) meaning "alert to racial prejudice and discrimination". I can't understand why some are threaten by the most simple of words? If somebody is aware of the REAL workings of things then why be threaten by it? It's not like WOKE is MR.
