In this week’s podcast, Amer does some interesting probing into Austin‘s habits of running his business.
How many times do you think you’ve given up doing the executive tasks you need to be doing because you’ve gotten caught up in administrative tasks instead?
Easier said than done - I think most of us would agree that if you’re running your own business you want to in fact be consumed with tasks like systemizing the role of your irreplaceable employees (shout out to Jocelyn and Gabe 😎) so they are in fact duplicatable or replaceable in the event that it’s needed! Instead I’m sure many of us get caught up doing the tasks of these employees ourselves because we end up not staying focused on our roles in the company.
