Sometimes speaking up is easy. But much of the time, it can be nerve-racking. What will people think? Will I say it right? Should I even be talking about this?

Whether it is speaking on stages, having difficult conversations at work, communicating with your kids or sharing your needs or frustrations with your partner… showing up with love and honesty is magic.
