93 percent of small and medium sized business owners recognise that mentorship can help them succeed. The FSB also reports that 70 percent of entrepreneurs who receive mentoring survive in business for five years or more, which is about twice the rate of their un-mentored counterparts.

And I can only say I agree with this, having seen both sides of the coin. Being a business mentor myself and also having had a number of high level business mentors across the years. And still having one now!

So, if you want to set yourself up for success, you really want to look at finding a mentor in your field. And in this episode we discuss the reasons for that!
