He Also spent ten years in Special Operations with the Elite 75th Ranger Regiment. He retired as a Sergeant Major, the highest most respected Non Commissioned Officer in the military. JB has also worked with professional sports leagues such as the NFL and NHL. JB was the first in National Hockey League to hold the position of Executive Director of Leadership and Cultural Development.
