Brandon Hasick is the owner of Body By Brando gyms in Sydney, where they live by 'building better bodies', but also ones free of injury and reaching maximal optimisation for performance.

With a degree in Bachelor of Sport Science, Brandon emphasises the importance for us to all train as athletes and encompasses a program for all clients to be well rounded athletes, by exposing them to several modalities.

Brandon is an infectious character and he has an amazing passion for allowing individual's to feels as welcome as possible in a gym setting, prioritising community over the individual at his two facilities.

We discuss his early yet testing times of opening his own gym, why he chose the fitness industry, what sets Body By Brando out from the rest, injury prevention, mindset and positivity.
