By sacrificing our flesh and taking time to be in God's presence with intentional prayer, we're giving God permission to do what He wants in our lives. Fasting is like Drano, removing the blockages that are keeping us from getting more capacity from God.

This is a movement. A place for healing and to be seen. A place for the liberated church girl.
