Casa Bonita is the Disneyland of Mexican restaurants and rules so hard: we know it, the creators of South Park know it, and basically all of Colorado knows it. 

We watched Paramount Plus’ Casa Bonita, Mi Amor, highlighting Matt Stone and Trey Parker on their journey to spend 40 million dollars on a strip mall Mexican restaurant stuck in the 70s. And we both went! Jason: pre-renovation, Kim: post-renovation/ new Founders Club.
