I started my journey to redesign my life in 90 days back in August. I've learned so much about myself and the things that need to change. To decompress, I began thinking about a time in my life when I was creating from a happy place—no stress, just joy. When I was a child, I loved to color, write, and do anything art-related. I've brought those things back into my life, and it has been so freeing. Being childlike, worry-free, with faith that everything will be fine—that is the life God intended us to have. We were not designed to be worried or live in a constant state of anxiety. I want to challenge you to think back to a time in your life when you truly had childlike faith and ask yourself what you can do right now to regain it.
