In this first part of a two part episode, we discuss the upcoming winter as one with exceptional challenges to our normal lives.  The US election, climate change related storms, the normal influenza and COVD-19.  There is a great potential for disruption in the Labour markets, as well as the delivery of CI to society.  No tin foil hats here, just a methodology to analyze what might happen, war game the possibilities and strengthen your network with your community.  We all need to take greater care of each other, so pay attention to the world around you but never forget the essential and foundational question: "Who is responsible for your outcomes?".
