In today's episode I talk about how The Love Languages by Dr Gary Chapman has given Reuben and I insight into the way we like to receive love, and how to give love in a way that warms the heart of the other.   
  
Valentines Day/Week/Celebration is such a wonderful way to show appreciation of each other, but it reminded me that appreciation is necessary thing throughout your relationship no matter where you're at - engaged, married or not.   
  
It was so interesting what we discovered after completing The Love Language quiz twice at different stages of our relationship, one just after we got married and then recently again, and  it was interesting as our relationship evolved, our needs did also.
