Rebecca Peters has worked with the Council for Global Immigration advancing high skilled green card, visa and employment verification reforms with the U.S. Congress, the White House and other federal agencies. She is an advocate for reforming U.S. immigration policy for highly educated professionals.

 

Dawn Lurie is senior counsel in the Immigration Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's. Dawn advises on corporate immigration issues involving the recruitment, hiring, transfer, and retention of employees worldwide. She is a forward thinking immigration compliance authority and EB-5 investment strategist.

 

Our guest Juan is originally from Mexico and works in the food and beverage for a Hispanic grocery and dairy company. He has been living in the United States since August 2013 under an L2 Visa.
