In this episode, we talk about happiness and whether it's a destination or a choice. One of the key ingredients to sustaining happiness is gratitude, focusing on the things we have instead of the things we don't. I was told some time ago "We can always have more, but we can always have less". Every day you wake up you have a cognitive choice to be happy, your situation doesn't define you, whatever happened has already happened. Wake up and decide to be happy on purpose.
