Mike Adame wasn't always a runner. In fact with his background in baseball, running was used as a punishment in some cases.  Fast forward to his post baseball playing days, when his doctor encouraged him to change his lifestyle and he begun his foray into running.  From talking about his time training for marathons to now jumping up into the Ultra scene, Mike stays busy with creating his own running videos along with raising his daughter.   For behind the scenes video of this podcast, check out Mike's Youtube Channel.
