Cathy's Dad passed away at the age of 82 from Kidney Cancer. He was a wartime baby from World War II in the north of England. Cathy remembers and shares her father being a self-sufficient, honourable, and respectful man who believed in handshake agreement. She reflects on the respectful life he lived and how his lessons of honesty and integrity have taught her to be a strong Mother for her five neurodivergent children.
