Preston may be a newbie to the Miniature World but you can't tell by looking at his work! He is a fan of the Frasier Show; an American television sitcom that was broadcast on NBC for 11 seasons, ending 2004.

Preston constructed of a 1/12 scale replica of the apartment seen in the show. The name of his project is known as "The Frasier Project" and can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/724126841661080/. 

The Best part of Preston's creations is that 100% of the proceeds go to "Ranger's Project", a charity for a local Animal Shelter. Miniatures that make a difference! Love it!
