Nicole brought the heat in this episode. You'll hear that purging is more than getting rid of people and things. Sometimes purging is working on yourself, your beliefs and the silly rules you have in place that keep you stuck.

This episode helped me purge the belief that every episode has to be "perfectly edited" before being released. Well you'll hear so many hiccups and imperfections in this episode BUT, it's still an amazing episode.
