In episode 16 of On The Grow, I talk about my most recent big life decision and how I spent most of the time leading up to it waiting. I share how I decided to quit my full-time job to follow my heart. I really dig into the waiting process that we all go through -- whether it's waiting for a diagnosis, a test result, acceptance of a college, of people, an engagement, marriage, whatever it is -- I hope this is helpful to listen to as you're going through your seasons of waiting.
