This past week I had the chance to sit down with SMSgt Jay Hughes. If any of you haven’t had a conversation with him yet I’d highly recommend it. He’s a very open person who we could all learn something from. We talked about surfing in NC, September 11th, Jiu Jitsu and how it differentiates itself from other martial arts, teaching empathy, how to influence the people you work with, and how complaining isn’t really a bad thing for leadership teams. If you’d like to be part of the program you can email me at [email protected]. I do also accept questions you’d like others to be asked or any other suggestions to make the show better.
