In this episode, Joel and Tom invite their close friend Sam to join them, while James takes some time off for a hard earned romantic weekend with his girlfriend (don't worry, he'll be back next week!). The three lads have been friends from a very young age, so have been very involved which each others struggles through their teenage years. With James being away, and this episode being a particularly long recording, the weekly catch up was skipped just this once!
