We tend to think that weight loss happens by meticulously counting calories or endlessly tracking macros or WW points.  

Or in denying ourselves the delicious food we love.  In trading the daily joy we find in food for starving, suffering, and sacrificing in the name of weight loss.

Of course we believe that it has to be hard….every diet we’ve ever tried has confirmed this belief.

But I lost 35lbs in 2019 without dieting, and I’ve kept it off with ease ever since.  

I have zero fear that I’ll ever gain my weight back, and now, as a weight loss and life coach, I help all my clients achieve the same freedom.
