In 1985, a 55-gallon drum was found in Bear Brook State Park, New Hampshire. The bones of a human foot were visible and the site quickly became a crime scene. What investigators went on to discover over the next few decades would tie a man known as a Chameleon Killer to not only these murders, but multiple murders across the US.
